Snowshoeing is great. You can get off the beaten tracks and explore the wilderness and it doesn’t require as much technique and experience as you may need on skis. They are also really adapted to most snow depth and conditions you can find in Winter. I love having them and explore the nature, or when I take my camera along to find footprints of the wildlife or just to reach my Ice fishing spot or to contemplate the stars and shoot northern lights and the Milky way.
It is an adventure I like to guide days and nights because each as so much to offer and the snowshoes provide you an easy access to some of the most remote places into winter wonderland.
